Our brief from Lucapa was to create a visual identity for the then diamond explorer that would continue to work hard as the company evolved into a diamond mining and development company. In an industry full of tacky cliched diamond logos we were determined to create a result that would be noticed and stand the test of time as the company evolved.

We designed a logo based on an abstract ‘L’ for Lucapa and the facets of a diamond seen in profile. A bright, distinctive colour palette reflects the dynamic and ambitious nature of the company while refined and delicately handled applications ensure credibility and professionalism.
