The name Pitta Patta was created by the founder, naturopath and mum Alex Field, due to the essence of these products helping to ‘ground’ and balance children’s energies. Our logo and positioner 'for heart and soul’ helped to effectively and quickly communicate the base principles and name of the company.
We created a series of gentle yet evocative symbols for the company's first range of massage oils and creams which were housed in the brand's signature 'indigo' colour bottles. A series of sweet photographs were taken to support the range's release and featured Alex's own children, lending further authenticity to the brand.
We were then invited to help develop a second range of products which was inspired by the alternative 'baby elephant' concept we had initally presented for the massage oils that Alex also loved. This animal was chosen as a lovely juxtaposition between the ‘pitter patter’ of tiny feet and the groundedness of elephants.
And so, the 'Essential Elly' range was born and quickly appealed to markets locally, in Asia and the UK, picking up a number of coveted industry awards along the way!
