Commercial leasing and management consultants Swale Hynes required a brand that reflected their business in the CBD office market and would appeal to the high level corporate sector.
A subtle ‘+’ was used to link the two principles' names and a secondary graphic element inspired by movement of light on office tower windows was also employed. We directed a series of custom photography of Perth CBD buildings, that we combined with a muted blues colour scheme. Pared-back typography and high quality print finishes were also utilised, all resulting in a unified, sophisticated look that successfully elevated the service to its desired market.
